I have over 25 years of experience in the textile industry, covering everything from design and manufacturing to procurement and retail. This end-to-end perspective is the foundation of IL Team Studio, the company I founded to provide design, manufacturing, and strategic consultancy to brands worldwide. This daily immersion in the business has given me a deep, hands-on understanding of how the industry truly functions. Beyond operations, my career is rooted in trend forecasting and consumer behavior; I’ve spent decades anticipating where the market is headed before it arrives. THE WARDROBE is the culmination of this insight: a strategic system built on the technical reality of fashion, designed to bridge the gap between industry operations and future consumer needs.
VICTOR CARCHENILLA
CTO & co-Founder
I bring over 20 years of expertise in industrial traceability systems to THE WARDROBE, having spent two decades developing complex tracking solutions for the hospitality, restaurant, and residential sectors. As the founder of LavanderCode, I have translated these rigorous, high-volume operational standards into the fashion space. My focus is on building the technical foundation that makes circularity practical: solid, efficient, and transparent. I believe technology shouldn’t be a barrier to sustainability, but the solution. My role is to ensure our systems are not just innovative, but built to work seamlessly within the complex realities of the fashion industry.
